Ownership

THE CONCERNED
PRESBYTERIAN is a publication of the Presbyterian Reformation
Society. The Presbyterian Reformation Society is a non-profit Corporation (30
August 1960) in the State of Mississippi. The Presbyterian Reformation Society
has been recognized by the Internal Revenue Services of the United States of
America as a non-profit, tax-exempt, 501(c)3, corporation. All donations are
tax-exempt according to section 170 of the IRS Code.
The Presbyterian Reformation Society is owned by Concerned Presbyterians.
The members of its Board of Directors are approved by and responsible to the
Steering Committee of Concerned Presbyterians. Each member of the Board of
Directors, upon appointment and assuming the duties of his office, subscribes
to the following pledge:
"I do hereby solemnly declare in the presence of God and of
this society (1) that I believe the Scriptures of the Old and New Testaments to
be the Word of God, the only infallible rule of faith and practice, (2) that I
sincerely receive and adopt the Westminster Confession of Faith and Catechisms
as containing the system of doctrine taught in the Holy Scriptures, (3) that,
approving the Charter of the Presbyterian Reformation Society, I will
faithfully endeavor to carry into effect the articles and provisions of said
Charter."
